We’re scaling quickly and are looking for a driven Account Executive to take ownership of the full sales cycle — from engaging inbound leads to closing new deals. This is a key revenue-driving role at a fast-growing company with opportunities for leadership growth.


The Role

As an Account Executive at Rendify, you’ll manage qualified inbound leads, conduct discovery and product demos, and close deals that help design teams bring their visions to life through our 3D visualization solutions.Your success in this role will directly impact the company’s growth and set you up for fast progression.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a steady flow of inbound, marketing-qualified leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and showcase Rendify’s value
  • Deliver compelling product demos to design and architecture professionalsa
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
  • Negotiate and close new business deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
  • Maintain strong post-sale handoffs to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in a full-cycle Account Executive or similar closing role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong communication skills — active listener, clear speaker, and persuasive writer
  • Proactive, resourceful, and driven by results
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Interest in architecture, design, or 3D visualization is a plus
  • Based in Canada and fluent in English (French is an asset)


What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $50,000–$65,000 CAD
  • Performance-based commission structure with OTE of $140,000–$150,000 CAD
  • Fully remote role within Canada
  • Potential to grow into a leadership role
