Phreesia is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of a new solution that simplifies patient access enrollment workflows and reduces administrative burden for healthcare practices. This role offers the opportunity to shape a product used across thousands of provider organizations, with meaningful impact on patients, practices, and life sciences partners.


What You'll Do:

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for Phreesia’s patient access and forms solution.
  • Translate business cases into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Balance provider usability with manufacturer ROI needs.

Execution & Delivery

  • Build and maintain a catalog of patient access forms, with EHR prefill and electronic submission.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality releases.
  • Develop AI-assisted and human-reviewed processes for scalable form digitization.

Market & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with manufacturers, payers, and specialty pharmacies to design integrations.
  • Work with internal commercial teams to package offerings and demonstrate measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, AKS, and other regulatory standards.

Outcomes & Metrics

  • Drive provider adoption across Phreesia’s network.
  • Track enrollment lift, form completion rates, and cycle time reductions.
  • Deliver data and analytics that demonstrate value to external partners.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years in product management (or related roles).
  • 3+ years in patient access, hub services, specialty pharmacy, or manufacturer patient services.
  • A track record of building products that solve complex healthcare challenges at scale.
  • Hands-on knowledge of enrollment, benefit verification, prior authorization, and financial assistance workflows.
  • Experience working with manufacturers, hubs, specialty pharmacies, or payer organizations.
  • Strong understanding of provider workflows and EHR integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
