WORK TYPE: Remote

LOCATION: (Texas or Indianapolis)

WORK HOURS: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

COMPENSATION: The standard pay for this role is between $20.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour.

How You Will Make An Impact

The Decorator Specialist role lies within the Decorator Order Management area. This role represents an escalation level within the BSN Operations team that assists in ensuring that orders placed with external decorators both meet customer and company service level standards. The role will be assigned both operational and administrative tasks to complete to ensure that there is active engagement and communication around any escalated orders. This includes utilizing internal systems (SAP/QOE/VOE/Decorator Portal/Engage) to research details or required status of an order. In addition, this role requires the utilization of excellent communication skills across teams. The communication will mainly be across (but not limited to) Sales, Customer Service, our External Decoration Team and External Decorators.

The Decorator Specialist’s main focus will be on the decorators within the External Decorator Network (non-BSN owned). A large part of their role will be to field questions, concerns, and challenges around externally decorated orders. If there is a way to assist the decorator that helps them execute an order timely, the Decorator Specialist will exhaust all options to help provide that assistance.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organized and follows up on outstanding tasks.
  • Displays drive and purpose.
  • Demonstrates capability to learn.
  • Demonstrates personal leadership and positive attitude.
  • Extensive use of MS applications (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Forms)
  • Solid overall computer skills including email, data entry.
  • SAP knowledge and familiarity highly preferred by not required.
  • Able to formulate and display analytics.
  • Must be able to operate independently and drive improvements.
  • Effective communication skills including use of phones, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

Physical Abilities

The essential physical abilities primarily involve auditory, vocal, and fine motor skills, along with the endurance for prolonged sitting.
