Role Overview
- Position: Liberal Politics Expert – Contract, Remote
- Commitment: 20–30 hours per week
- Help evaluate and refine AI reasoning to ensure models accurately represent liberal ideas. Identify and correct biases to develop politically balanced reasoning models.
- Analyze AI model outputs to identify conservative framing inconsistent with liberal perspectives.
- Provide detailed feedback to ensure liberal political frameworks are represented with integrity.
- Collaborate with researchers to improve ideological balance in model reasoning.
- Contribute to developing tools that help models reason about equity, justice, democracy, and rights.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Mastery of liberal political theory, social movements, and cultural reasoning frameworks.
- Ability to identify right-leaning framings and offer constructive corrections.
- Exceptional skills in critical thinking, argumentation, and clear writing.
- Comfort engaging with complex political content.
- Political scientists, sociologists, or historians specializing in liberal political systems.
- Writers, journalists, or researchers known for political discourse analysis.
- Academics or independent thinkers who can articulate liberal perspectives.
- Public intellectuals or analysts committed to truth and fairness.
- Remote role
- Flexible commitment: ~20–30 hours per week
- Structured project environment with clear deliverables
