Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Fully Remote Project Legal Assistant for a confidential nonprofit organization in the healthcare services industry. This is a short-term temporary assignment (approximately one week in duration) providing immediate support to the organization on a data migration project.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Our confidential nonprofit client is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Legal Assistants to assist with a confidential due diligence project. This fully remote opportunity involves reviewing and organizing contracts, extracting relevant pages, and accurately filing documentation within SharePoint. Candidates must have their own equipment and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
PERKS:
This is a temporary, project-based role paying $44/hour (DOE). Candidates will work remotely and must utilize their own equipment for the assignment.

- Review CRM systems to identify relevant contracts and related amendments or exhibits.
- Extract and organize specific contract pages from large PDFs for upload to SharePoint.
- Maintain organized and accurate digital records throughout the process.
- 2–3 years of legal administrative or contract support experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with document management systems (CRM, SharePoint).
- Experience with MS Dynamic or Agiloft is a plus but not required.
- Must have personal computer and reliable internet connection.
