Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, promotions, and scheduling.
- Assist customers with booking appointments, answering general questions, and resolving issues.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
- Update and document customer interactions within internal systems or CRM tools.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Follow company communication standards to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
- Previous experience in chat or customer support preferred (automotive experience a plus).
- Excellent written communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer focus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with chat platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
