Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, promotions, and scheduling.
  • Assist customers with booking appointments, answering general questions, and resolving issues.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
  • Update and document customer interactions within internal systems or CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Follow company communication standards to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in chat or customer support preferred (automotive experience a plus).
  • Excellent written communication and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with chat platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
