Enterprise Critical, Strategic, and Preferred Vendor Program, Strategic Sourcing Team
This position is responsible for structuring and negotiating complex, long-term vendor contracts that have strategic importance to the Bank. Acts as trusted advisor to internal business partners and supports short and long-term road maps. Maintains a strong knowledge of market trends in order to structure and negotiate a wide range of contract types such as software, services, staffing, consulting, and outsourcing. Provides support and guidance for less experienced associates on the Sourcing team as well as input on complex contract negotiations. Leads complex projects and delivers results that are key to the Bank's success.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Contract structuring and negotiation for services, software, staffing, software as a service, consulting, and outsourcing services contracts OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Contract structuring and negotiation for services, software, staffing, software as a service, consulting, and outsourcing services contracts
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
License or Certification Type: Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager Preferred, Member of Contract and Commercial Management certification by the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management Preferred, Certified Professional in Supply Management Preferred

Responsibilities
- Leads sourcing activities for assigned critical/strategic vendor portfolio
- Manages business support, sourcing, contract structuring and negotiation, collaboration with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and contract price negotiations as well as other sourcing activities.
- Project Management - Leads projects for strategic Bank initiatives that involve multiple vendors. Provides analysis, action plans, and cost containment strategies. Supports project timeline and expectations through a variety of tasks that enable project success.
- Sourcing Support - Provides coaching, support, and guidance to associates on complex contract negotiations.
- Relationship Management - Manages enterprise-wide vendor relationships including oversight and coordination of the relationship, establishment of ongoing requirements, and action plans for cost containment and vendor road mapping. Builds a professional network through participation in industry events and organizations.
