Overview

The L&D Learner Experience team ensures the successful delivery of learning programs/events by providing outstanding client service and teaming effectively across various functional groups. Supports the planning, logistics, delivery, registration, learning management system updates, reporting and may include instructor sourcing and live session operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Leveraging deep project management skills to manage the successful implementation of complex fly-and-stay learning events (conferences).
  • Design, develop, and implement training programs and workshops that meet organizational needs and enhance employee skills.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions, both in-person and online, ensuring participants grasp key concepts.
  • Oversee the administration of the LMS, including course uploads, user tracking, and reporting.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, making improvements as necessary.
  • Work closely with department leaders and stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives and team-specific needs.
  • Curate and maintain training materials, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and easily accessible for employees.
  • Assist in managing the training budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of onboarding programs that introduce new hires to company culture and resources.
  • Prepare regular training reports and analyze data to inform management about training efficacy and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees seeking further development opportunities, including career pathing and professional growth resources.
  • Effectively prioritizing, troubleshooting, and problem solving in real time, and escalating appropriately.
  • Leveraging presentation and communication skills to partner effectively with clients and other team members.
  • Employing an array of digital skills to deliver higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learner experience.?

Requirements

  • Accepted work authorizations: US Citizen, GC EAD, GC Holders.
  • W2 Contract (9+ Months) we can NOT do 1099 or C2C arrangements.
  • Candidates must currently reside within the Continental United States to be considered.
  • Must be able to work remote within the continental United States. Equipment can't travel outside of the continental United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions or conferences as needed.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in learning and development coordination or training coordination role.
  • Ability to Leveraging technology to support on-demand and live, instructor-led training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Strong presence and communication skills
  • Self-sufficient with strong initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools.
  • Ability and experience in managing people.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent

Nice To Have Skills

  • Applying insights into learning management system functionality (CSOD experience preferred) to enhance the learner experience.?
  • Establishing effective networks and managing project teams to accomplish implementation, enrollment and/or reporting of agreed plan/program information, utilizing both external and internal resources across multiple functional groups.
  • Leveraging deep project management skills to manage the successful implementation of complex fly-and-stay learning events (conferences).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in training (e.g., CPTD, ATD) are a plus.

Additional Details

  • Compensation: The hourly rate for this role ranges from $35-$40/hr. depending on your experience level and location.
  • Work Schedule: This role is budgeted for 40 hours per week. Exceptions may occur due to unpaid time off or unpaid holidays that fall within the standard workweek (Monday–Friday).
  • Time Off & Holidays: This position does not offer paid time off (PTO) or paid holidays. You may take time off as needed, but it will be unpaid.
  • Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance options. These are contributory benefits, meaning the cost will be deducted from your paycheck if you choose to enroll. Enrollment is optional.
