Job Summary

Own our content strategy from planning to performance. You’ll build the editorial calendar, lead production (blog, case studies, social, email, landing pages, light video scripts), and optimize for SEO and conversions. This is a hands-on role for a manager who can both create and coordinate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a quarterly content strategy aligned to growth goals and campaigns.
  • Own an editorial calendar across blog, email, social, and web; ensure on-time delivery.
  • Write and edit high-quality content (long- and short-form) in a clear brand voice.
  • Optimize content for SEO (on-page, internal linking, briefs) and conversion (CTAs, UX).
  • Launch content for product/initiative releases; partner with Design and Growth.
  • Manage freelancers/creators: briefs, timelines, QA, and brand/voice consistency.
  • Build content pillars, messaging frameworks, and style guides.
  • Track performance in GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools; report insights and iterate.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and page layouts to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales/CS on case studies, one-pagers, and customer stories.
  • Maintain an organized content repository and taxonomy in the CMS and DAM.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in content marketing at an agency or brand (B2C and/or B2B).
  • Proven portfolio of content that increased organic traffic or pipeline.
  • Strong writing/editing skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics.
  • Experience managing creators/freelancers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
