Our volunteer success program empowers youth to develop practical communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while providing free and accessible educational services to their community.

Following your volunteer application, VRES will match you with a youth advisor who will help you construct a skill development plan (SDP). Using your SDP, your youth advisor will place you in a volunteer position that reflects your needs, interests, and abilities. In this way, we tailor your process of volunteering to reflect your ideals for personal growth and development.

In addition, our volunteer success program offers a path towards paid employment. Over 50% of our employees began as volunteers with us.
