Lead product related efforts; represent product team; facilitate discussions among Legal, Engineering, Design, Operations teams; lead scrum planning (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros); utilize JIRA for ticket management; creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) (Google Docs) for risk mitigation configurations (background, user stories, high-level requirements, timeline, scope); map account opening verification user flows/mock-ups (Lucidchart, Figma); analyze performance of identity, fraud, compliance, credit risk parameters [Google Looker (PostgreSQL)]; craft products specifications; collaborate to improve specifications; ensure deliverables match specifications; serve as voice of consumers, internal/external (agents, back office, borrowers); join clients’ operations team; participate in daily activities to collect feedback/improve products; work closely with legal, compliance teams on servicing, collections related products to ensure new technology is built, launched in compliance with applicable laws, regulations; use SQL to translate data/analytics into pragmatic business decisions; drive entire vision, delivery of new products, features to keep business relevant, competitive; conduct market/customer research to identify potential features, releases; manage roadmap; prioritize product opportunities; refine feature ideas; maintain existing features to drive business goals; maintain/update existing features; produce high-level product requirements; iterate with design, engineering teams; engage with stakeholders in leadership, research, data, support; coordinate across teams to maintain product, strategy alignment; and coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching new products, features. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or Data Analytics plus 1 year experience. Experience to include leading scrum planning (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros); utilizing JIRA for ticket management; creating PRDs (Google Docs) for risk mitigation configurations (background, user stories, high-level requirements, timeline, scope); mapping account opening verification user flows/mock-ups (Lucidchart, Figma); and analyzing performance of identity, fraud, compliance, credit risk parameters [Google Looker (PostgreSQL)].
