Overview: 4over is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Communications Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our brand as a leader in the printing industry, supporting organization and customer growth. If you have a strong track record of driving communication and marketing success, and building B2B and B2C connections, this is the role for you.
Summary : The Communications Manager will play a key role in taking 4over to the next level as a leader in the print industry. This position will drive visibility for our products, services, and events through integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and owned media channels. You’ll lead the charge in telling our story, expanding awareness, and strengthening engagement with both B2B and B2C audiences. Partnering closely with the creative marketing team, leadership, and Sales, you’ll turn strategic communication into real business growth.
Schedule : Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or similar. This is remote position. While we welcome applicants from across the U.S., candidates based in AZ, NJ, TX, OH, or FL are preferred due to team or client location alignment.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 annually.

Since the company was founded, we are now a private equity owned company growing and expanding across many states. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Develop and execute strategic communications plans and strategies aligned with growth initiatives. Write creative briefs to guide projects.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors.
- Create and deliver external promotional communications across digital and print media.
- Write compelling content for print, web, blogs, press releases, digital ads, video, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversions; oversee distribution lists.
- Research and recommend new media outlets for print and digital advertising
- Build, maintain, and utilize a communications calendar to plan promotions, collaborate with designers, manage print jobs, and keep project teams informed of deadlines and priorities.
- Update website content regularly and conduct a full website audit annually.
- Measure and report communication campaign performance.
- Maintain communications expertise through industry networking, seminars, live events, and subscriptions.
- Support communication activities for the 4over family of brands as needed.
- Lead the creation and management of a SharePoint site for marketing and creative assets accessible to all employees.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications.
- Provide support for internal communications and special events.
- Adhere to all safety policies and protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend all department/company meetings, as requested.
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally with both B2B and B2C focus.
- Strong SEO copywriting and communications skills with proven deadline management and accuracy.
- Experienced with digital and content marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft Office, Sprout Social; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and project management tools.
- Self-Motivation & Accountability: Ability to stay focused on tasks, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality work with minimal supervision. Holding oneself accountable for managing workloads, handling responsibilities, and maintaining professional standards.
- Critical Thinking & Decision Making: The ability to analyze information, identify problems, and make decisions independently. Confidence in making decisions when working remotely, even when feedback may not be immediately available.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities are vital for remote work. Being clear, concise, and professional in emails, messages, and virtual meetings is critical. Active listening, and the ability to interpret and clarify communication effectively in virtual spaces. Ability to read and understand corporate policies, job-related documents, and written/verbal instructions in English to ensure effective and compliant job performance.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot, Jira, Microsoft Office, Sprout Social; Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and project management tools.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines consistently without direct supervision.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Being adaptable to rapidly changing situations or project pivots without the support of in-person guidance. Comfortable with new tools and technologies, especially when team needs evolve or new platforms are introduced.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Strong ability to work as part of a virtual team. This includes both synchronous (live meetings, chats) and asynchronous (emails, shared documents) communication. Building rapport with colleagues despite the lack of physical presence, maintaining team cohesion and morale.

- 4over pays 100% of the employee’s premium for his/her Basic Life/AD&D Insurance in the amount of 1x the employee's annual salary, up to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars.
- Coverage will be effective on the 1st of the month following 1 month of continuous regular full-time employment
- New employees are eligible to enroll the first of the month, following 1 month of employment
- Semi-annual open enrollment (January 1st and July 1st)
- Discretionary employer match; typically, 50% of employee deferrals up to 6% of compensation
