We’re currently hiring a Head of People for portfolio companies scaling global teams in blockchain infrastructure and distributed systems. Roles are available both remote across the US and in-person in New York City.

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting and people operations, with at least 3 years focused on technical recruiting.
- Proven ability to hire deeply technical talent—network engineers, infra specialists, protocol researchers—and comfort engaging with technical requirements.
- Track record of building and scaling recruiting processes in startup or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with people operations best practices, including onboarding, compensation, performance management, compliance, and distributed team policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI-powered talent tools or modern recruiting platforms is a plus.
- Passion for blockchain, distributed systems, and new internet infrastructure.
As Head of People, you will:
- Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, with an emphasis on sourcing and closing world-class technical hires.
- People operations: Design and implement scalable systems for onboarding, performance management, compensation frameworks, compliance, and distributed work policies.
- Employer brand: Partner with leadership and communications to position the company as a top destination for blockchain and infrastructure talent.
- Strategic advisor: Act as a trusted partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
- Scale for growth: Establish repeatable recruiting processes, leverage modern hiring tools, and implement metrics-driven systems to continuously improve hiring and retention.
