About Us

RAD Intel is building the future of AI-powered growth. We’re a fast-scaling company backed by 10,000+ investors and $50M+ raised, with a mission to reinvent how businesses grow through our AIBO (Artificial Intelligence Buy-Out) strategy. RAD acquires and partners with agencies, clinics, and real-economy businesses, then infuses them with our proprietary AI marketing and operations platform to unlock compounding value. With a team of entrepreneurs, operators, and technologists, we’re driving one of the most ambitious AI strategies in the market—democratizing access to world-class AI tools while creating investor-grade outcomes at scale.

About The Role

RAD Intel AI is hiring a Head of Finance and Operations to build and lead the Finance function from the ground up. You will be both operator and strategist—owning the numbers day-to-day while serving as a key partner to the COO. The role combines strategic finance (planning, forecasting, capital allocation, M&A, board presentations) and operations (organizational processes, systems creation, KPI tracking, meeting management).

You’ll work directly with the COO to design and implement the systems that will underpin RAD Intel AI’s next phase of growth—enforcing budget discipline, quarterbacking M&A, FP&A modelling, sales performance tracking and helping to build and maintain the systems and processes that drive decisions across capital allocation, M&A, operations, GTM, and product.

This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to build the financial and operational foundation of a hyper-growth AI company.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Finance
    • Act as the COO’s right hand in preparing board materials, investor updates, and support Reg A+ fundraising.
    • Maintain and enhance the FP&A model, and other forward-looking models and projections to guide hiring plans, growth investments, general capital allocation and spend discipline across the business.
    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, aligning headcount, sales capacity, and operating expenses with growth goals.
    • Partner with Sales on Deal Desk support—reviewing pricing, contract terms, and deal structures to accelerate cycles while maintaining financial discipline.
    • Own financial analysis and modeling to support decisions around resource allocation, customer economics, and long-term capital strategy.
    • Support M&A processes including acquisition modeling, LOI generation, due diligence and process management.
  • Business Operations
    • Help build and maintain existing scaled systems in a lean, resourceful way by leveraging new tools to automate and unlock growth without unnecessary overhead.
    • Oversee contract lifecycle, LOIs, NDAs, and compliance documentation in coordination with legal counsel.
    • Support office setup, tools, and systems as we expand our physical presence.
About You

  • 5–10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup, investment bank, or top-tier consulting firm.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, pipeline management, and sales capacity planning.
  • Prior experience supporting fundraising, board prep, or investor relations a plus.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and financial modeling proficiency.
  • Detail-oriented but able to see the big picture.
  • Clear communicator who can drive initiatives cross-functionally.
  • High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and operating independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

What we offer

  • Collaborative, high-energy culture where your voice is heard
  • Competitive salary + performance bonus potential
  • Stock options — be an owner in our fast-growing startup
  • Flexible time off policy so you can take the time you need to recharge
  • Remote-flexible environment with a strong async culture

Compensation Range: $180K - $220K
