This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.


This position will report into the CTO.


What you get to do every day:

  • Build, design and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications using React, JavaScript (ES6/TypeScript), and modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Lead AI integration projects to enhance internal tools and automate repetitive workflows across CSC’s portfolio
  • Build APIs and services that are reliable, secure, and performance-optimized
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior engineers
  • Work closely with business units across CSC brands to identify high-impact areas for innovation
  • Champion engineering best practices, scalability, and code quality
  • Proactively identify technical improvements and recommend architectural enhancements.
  • Lead by example in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices.


What you bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience, with expertise in React and TypeScript and a strong track record of building production-grade systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of modern web development concepts, design patterns, and architecture.
  • Strong Analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
  • A commitment to unit and automated testing of UI components and interaction flows
  • Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services, including infrastructure design and deployment
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and DynamoDB or similar relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience using Docker for application containerization and environment management (nice-to-have)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience supporting multiple brands or teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with high ownership expectations
  • Bonus: UX design, functional programming
  • Experience with AI technologies like Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to support Frontend development and user engagement strategies is a plus.
