Position Summary
We’re hiring a Client Marketing Specialist to support the client marketing team in building content and journeys across email, live chat, and SMS, as well as run Farber’s end-to-end ratings & review program. You’ll respond to client reviews, expand our review program, and help maintain our #1 industry review ranking on Trustpilot. You will report to the Senior Manager, Client Marketing, and partner closely across Marketing, IT, Central Operations, Client Care, and Front Line practice.

Position Summary
We’re hiring a Client Marketing Specialist to support the client marketing team in building content and journeys across email, live chat, and SMS, as well as run Farber’s end-to-end ratings & review program. You’ll respond to client reviews, expand our review program, and help maintain our #1 industry review ranking on Trustpilot. You will report to the Senior Manager, Client Marketing, and partner closely across Marketing, IT, Central Operations, Client Care, and Front Line practice.
Responsibilities
Marketing Automation:
- Build, QA, and schedule marketing automation campaigns (nurture, onboarding, education, transactional, surveys, retention).
- Develop client-centric content that educates, provides clear next steps, and engages our audience segments.
- Manage audiences and segmentation to keep marketing contact lists clean, accurate, and legally safe, ensuring we reach the right audience.
- Run A/B tests (subject lines, creative, timing, cohorts) and translate insights into next round improvements.
- Ensure deliverability quality across devices/clients; maintain templates and a shared component library.
- Support the Client Marketing team in the development and creation of automation flows, email copy, design, and image creation for campaigns.
- Support Farber’s end-to-end ratings and reviews program. Monitor and respond to client reviews with timely, brand-compliant replies.
- Expand Farber’s review volume through targeted review campaigns
- Partner with the Front-Line and Central Operations to address client problems, escalate and monitor for themes and insights into content and service improvements.
- Maintain and strengthen our Number 1 industry ranking on Trustpilot, provide regular reporting on on score, review mix, response SLAs, and category benchmarks.
- Execute campaigns in Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights, ensuring accurate data flows, event triggers, and personalization fields.
- Review dashboards and prepare regular KPI reporting..
- Track and measure how your customer programs and reputation efforts lead to real business results.
- 1–2 years hands-on lifecycle or email/SMS marketing experience in a CRM/marketing automation platform (Dynamics 365/Customer Insights or similar is a plus).
- Basic HTML/CSS for email.
- Analytical mindset: comfort with dashboards, cohort analysis, and experimentation; ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience building or executing end-to-end campaigns and sharing insights.
- Strong English-language writing skills
- Project management skills that help you to bring email and SMS campaign concepts to market.
- Experience with Trustpilot and other review platforms.
- Moderation, community management or customer support experience.
- Experience with Visualization software such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., basic data storytelling with tools like Excel.
- French bilingualism (reading/writing).
