The pay range for this position is $107,520 - $184,320 annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our team, working remotely.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of TA Partners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture focused on achieving recruiting goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for team members, monitor performance, provide regular feedback and coaching to support professional growth and development.
- Recruiting Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various geographic regions and functional areas, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TA Partners, hiring managers, and People & Organization (HR) partners, to understand hiring needs, prioritize efforts, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Team Development: Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members on recruiting best practices, tools, and techniques, enabling them to optimize their performance and achieve their goals.
- Solutions-Oriented: Approaches challenges with creativity, resilience, and a focus on outcomes.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate recruiting.
- 3+ years leading a team of recruiters or recruitment projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, hiring events, or stakeholder engagements.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience recruiting for sales and technology roles with an understanding of the nuances and talent profiles in each domain.
- Strong understanding of recruiting fundamentals.
- Proven experience designing and delivering creative talent solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business units and functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools such as Avature (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Workday; hands-on experience with Avature is a plus.
