The Opportunity

As US Territory Manager, you will be responsible for Medicom and AMD Ritmed medical sales in the United States, with a primary focus on the Texas market. This role is key to expanding Medicom’s presence in the acute segment and driving new business opportunities, while maintaining existing customer relationships and collaborating with channel partners.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across assigned territory (Texas and surrounding states).
  • Manage Medicom branded and private label sales, working closely with the North American Director of Sales.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and institutions.
  • Position Medicom’s value proposition to secure account penetration and growth.
  • Maintain close and regular contact with senior-level stakeholders through business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Medicom’s contracting team for current and future agreements.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Intelligence to ensure team alignment on sales strategies.
  • Develop customer plans, track sales opportunities, and proactively share competitive intelligence.
  • Represent Medicom at trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer concerns regarding products, backorders, and service.
  • Maintain a fully functional home office and travel regularly as required.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 12+ years of proven success in medical sales.
  • Post-secondary education required.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales growth and quota attainment.
  • Ability to present multiple product lines to diverse decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with healthcare executives and supply chain partners.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC), MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to develop new sales opportunities while maintaining existing business.

Assets

Experience working with group purchasing organizations and large healthcare systems.

Knowledge of acute care markets, with exposure to non-acute segments.
