Job Summary/Objective:
The Territory Manager is responsible for maximizing sales of Neurelis products in the designated territory. This will be done by having thorough product, disease state and market knowledge and sound selling skills. The Territory Manager will utilize available resources to help educate and influence physicians, use analytical ability to determine targets and employ resources accordingly.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requires extensive daily driving, getting in and out of an automobile, carrying materials and samples (10 to 20 pounds), going up and down stairs and walking throughout medical buildings and to and from physician offices.
Travel Requirements
50-80% travel required; travel for a Territory Manager may vary due to the geography of each territory. Travel is required where it is needed to effectively call on the targeted accounts within each territory boundary. Travel is also required for company meetings and select conferences.

The Territory Manager will utilize available resources to help educate and influence physicians, use analytical ability to determine targets and employ resources accordingly.
Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of all aspects of Neurelis products, related disease states and related products in the marketplace.
- Demonstrate strong selling skills using approved sales aids, approved studies, reprints and superior communication and listening skills with targeted health care professionals (HCPs).
- Use selling skills that demonstrate competent use of all facets of the Neurelis selling model.
- Demonstrate an ability to gain agreement for increased product use from target physicians. The Territory Manager will comply with all applicable policies and sell compliantly.
- Demonstrate strong territory management skills by identifying and calling on appropriate numbers of physician targets with the required frequency to assure proper usage of Neurelis products.
- Continually partner with Operations to develop, review, update and maintain physician target lists based on the latest information and data.
- Utilize all available and appropriate resources and programs to increase their business. Be prepared to discuss all aspects of territory business with their Regional Business Director at any time.
- Develop business plans as required by the Regional Business Director and will perform all administrative tasks requested in a timely, accurate and truthful manner.
- Demonstrate an ability to work productively with individuals in related positions including but not limited to other representatives, Regional Business Directors, National Account Directors, Medical Science Liaisons (MSL), and headquarter personnel.
- Abides by all policies and regulations regarding promotional compliance, sample accountability compliance (if applicable), and all policies described in the Neurelis code on interactions with health care professionals.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic.
- Shows initiative and holds themselves accountable.
- Lives and advances the Neurelis culture and values.
- Always operates with a high degree of integrity and tact.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and decision-making ability.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Graduated with a B.A. / B.S. degree
- Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience
