Role Overview

  • Position: Medical AI Content Specialist – Contract, Remote
  • Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months
  • Combine clinical expertise with language mastery to train AI models in healthcare. Create content reflecting real-world medical usage in Japanese.

Responsibilities

  • Translate and synthesize complex medical concepts into structured rubrics for AI training.
  • Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
  • Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Japanese healthcare.
  • Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in Japanese with strong written and spoken English.
  • Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field).
  • 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.

Engagement Details

  • Remote and asynchronous role
