Job Requirements
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides crucial support to the VP and Chief Supply Chain Officer and other key leaders in the Global Supply Chain organization. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
- Calendar Management
- Proactively manage complex global calendars for executives
- Oversee scheduling of meetings, events, and conferences (both onsite and offsite)
- Support team with complex meeting planning and scheduling
- Travel Coordination
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Partner with Global Mobility on international visa requirements and renewals
- Prepare and submit timely expense reports
- Communication Management
- Prioritize and manage daily email and correspondence
- Support development of executive messages, announcements, and talking points
- Maintain SharePoint sites and organizational charts for the global team
- Liaise with Communications Lead and Leadership team for quarterly townhalls and functional correspondences
- Create, maintain, and distribute quarterly employee surveys
- Utilize social media platforms for communication distribution
- Executive Support
- Understand executive priorities and ensure adequate touchpoints with key stakeholders and team members
- Organize ongoing celebrations, recognitions, and social in-person engagement events
- Support and track approvals for internal workflows (e.g., travel requests, purchase order requisitions)
- Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with Executive Assistants to leadership team members
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and utmost confidentiality
- 7+ years' experience in an administrative capacity; Large corporation Executive Assistant experience preferred
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint, this is mandatory
- Detail oriented with exemplary organizational skills, high level of confidence, integrity, and motivation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Strong Microsoft suite skills particularly in the areas of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and MS Teams
- Tech savvy and experience communicating through social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Forward thinker who can anticipate leader(s) needs, takes ownership and is proactive, responsive, and resourceful
- Must consistently demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity

Compensation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $65,600 – $98,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), disability, life insurance, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off and voluntary benefits.
