Marketing and Sales
United States
Hiring from: United States
About Us
Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Kiehl's, Spotify, Hard Rock Cafe & Four Seasons. On the inside, we're a team of talented, motivated, and humble individuals, including our dedicated Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams, alongside our expert Designers, Engineers, and Music specialists. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven, autonomous and curious Sales Representative to join our US team. You’ll focus on handling inbound leads from small businesses that have 1–5 locations, with the goal of converting them to happy paying customers. You’ll be working with a high volume of around 150 leads per month, using email and short 15 minute calls to close deals with a scalable process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, velocity, and the satisfaction of closing many wins, all while delivering a great customer experience. This is a remote role initially, where you’ll be working from home and receive a grant to buy office supplies. You’ll report directly to our VP Sales in Sweden.
Responsibilities
You take ownership, move with intent, and thrive on making things happen. You're driven by results and consistently aim to exceed expectations. Motivated by impact and revenue, you bring a strong performance mindset to everything you do, all while maintaining a sharp focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You're goal-oriented and proactive, yet thoughtful and empathetic in your approach. High-volume sales energize you, and you know how to balance speed with precision. You take pride in guiding prospects through the decision-making process with clarity, care, and confidence.
Naturally curious, you ask questions, look for smarter ways to work, and see feedback as an opportunity to grow. You love closing deals, and you're passionate about delivering proven results that move the business forward.
And if you love music like we do, even better!
