We are looking for an experienced Global Supply Manager to oversee sourcing, vendor management, and international logistics for warehouse equipment and storage solutions. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates across the United States.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across different regions. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are sourced cost-effectively, delivered on time, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for warehouse equipment and storage products
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to maximize value and reduce costs
Monitor lead times and manage supplier performance to ensure consistent supply and quality
Coordinate freight, customs clearance, and international shipping logistics
Analyze risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation plans
Track and report key supply chain KPIs, providing recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan supply accordingly
Requirements
Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations management
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in spreadsheets and logistics management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs processes is a plus
