Role Overview

  • Position: Lab Doctor (MD) – Contract, Remote
  • Commitment: 20-40 hours per week
  • Work with research teams to evaluate and refine AI systems using medical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI research teams to apply medical expertise.
  • Create diagnostic cases and scoring rubrics.
  • Evaluate AI systems in a structured environment.
  • Refine AI systems through stress-testing.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Practicing MD based in the U.S. or Canada with a degree from a top university.
  • 2+ years of medical experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.
  • Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.

Engagement Details

  • Remote and asynchronous work environment
  • Compensation: Payments issued weekly via Stripe Connect
  • Applicants must be based in the US / Canada
  • Structured position with clear expectations
