What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat in English.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with efficiency and empathy, adhering to company guidelines.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues as needed.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data accuracy.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company updates to provide informed support.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, email support, or chat support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in using email clients, chat software, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to deadlines and targets.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work full-time, with flexibility for occasionally adjusted schedules.
