Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior project managers in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate project team activities, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues
  • Assist in managing project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
  • Assist in conducting risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
  • Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder requirements
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation and records, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and budget reports
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
  • Assist in conducting post-project evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and best practices

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management, is typically required
  • Certification in project management, such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), is also highly valued
  • Strong desire to learn and develop their project management skills

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
