Get to know Okta
Okta is The World’s Identity Company. We free everyone to safely use any technology, anywhere, on any device or app. Our flexible and neutral products, Okta Platform and Auth0 Platform, provide secure access, authentication, and automation, placing identity at the core of business security and growth.
At Okta, we celebrate a variety of perspectives and experiences. We are not looking for someone who checks every single box - we’re looking for lifelong learners and people who can make us better with their unique experiences.
Join our team! We’re building a world where Identity belongs to you.
You’ll join a distributed and diverse team of designers who see design as both craft and catalyst. We believe design is never static, it evolves with our users, our products, and our own curiosity. Some days that means diving deep into research and validation, others it’s refining existing flows, and often it’s imagining bold new ways to move our product forward.
Our team thrives on collaboration and feedback. We learn from one another, challenge ourselves to raise the bar, and create space to experiment and grow. Designers here have real ownership, influencing product direction alongside engineering and product management while shaping experiences that reach millions of people worldwide.
If you’re energized by complex problems, motivated to push boundaries, and eager to hone your craft while making a lasting impact, this is the place to do it.
The Role
As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll tackle some of the toughest design challenges in enterprise SaaS: making complex identity systems simple, secure, and scalable. You’ll lead design across multiple product teams, guiding strategy while delivering elegant solutions that help global businesses adopt and grow on our platform.
What You’ll Do
The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:
$127,000—$191,000 CAD
What you can look forward to as a Full-Time Okta employee!
