About The Role
A growing marketing agency is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing mid-sized to large accounts, building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on driving measurable results, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating closely with account managers and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Instagram.
- Manage and scale ad accounts to achieve performance goals and ROI.
- Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and prepare weekly insights decks.
- Utilize tools such as Google Merchant Center, feed management platforms, and reporting tools.
- Stay updated on platform trends and AI-driven paid media strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers and creative teams to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in an agency environment.
- Proven success scaling and optimizing mid-to-large ad accounts with measurable ROI.
- Experience managing eCommerce clients is highly advantageous.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Asana, Google Merchant Center, and feed management tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable preparing insights and recommendations.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads.
- Knowledge of advanced tracking and attribution solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered media buying tools.
