Senior Product Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our Product team. You will be a key partner in helping scale our product development function as we continue to grow our public safety platform. This is a high impact role that ensures discipline in execution, ensuring operational rigor across multiple product lines, readiness for launch, and rigor in monetization, all while keeping the broader product organization operating smoothly and strategically.

What You'll Do

• Engaged GTM leadership to ensure readiness ahead of product launches
• Established stage-gate processes and review cadences to drive alignment and accountability across teams
• Partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to refine and improve the product development process while ensuring clear ownership and follow-through
• Presented recommendations and insights directly to senior leadership, driving alignment on strategic priorities
• Created dashboards to track product OKRs and provided insights to leadership

We're looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager with experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, with experience managing multiple complex product lines. Our team is remote-friendly, and this role can be based anywhere in our list of approved U.S. states. We also have offices in New York City and Boston for those who prefer a hybrid or in-office setup.
