Position Overview

We’re looking for a Head of Business Operations to help us scale. This role will be central to building the systems, processes, and culture that allow our team to operate with excellence while we grow rapidly. What You'll Do:

• Lead core business operations, ensuring smooth execution across HR, finance, and company processes.
• Oversee HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Manage accounting and financial operations—helping with the books, reporting, and working closely with external accountants.
• Partner with the founders to amplify and reinforce company culture, ensuring our values are embedded in daily work.
• Build and optimize processes and frameworks that support rapid growth while maintaining agility.
• Drive data-informed decision making through reporting, dashboards, and business insights.
• Support vendor management, contracts, and key workflows that keep the business running efficiently.
  
  

What We’re Looking for:

Education & Background

• Accounting or finance background with hands-on experience managing company books.
• Experience leading HR operations (onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits).
• Strong people and culture orientation—you know how to foster a thriving, mission-driven team.
• 5–10 years of experience in business operations, accounting, or related roles (startup experience strongly preferred).
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
