This position primarily supports customers across the Midwest regions and involves frequent travel.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration systems in the field.
  • Competence using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.

Experience: Prior field service or maintenance experience preferred; OR military technical background strongly valued.

Customer Skills: Professional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, reach, and work in various lab or facility settings.

Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively (75–100% of the month), primarily in the Midwest, occasionally to other regions if needed, and home on weekends.

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email); CRM experience a plus.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
