Role Description

We are looking for UGC Podcast Creators based in Austin, TX. The creators will be responsible for filming authentic & engaging content in our podcast studio. Content briefs will be provided to you prior to filming. Creators will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication and delivering content on time.

Compensation Details:

• Standard Payment: Each studio session pays between $150 - $1,000, depending on the amount of projects scheduled for the session. We aim to provide you with 5+ campaigns per month.
• Content Requirements: Each campaign involves creating 10-15 B-roll clips + 3-5 scripts. Shooting these usually takes about an hour, and we will provide a detailed shot list for each campaign to guide your production.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating engaging and authentic user-generated content
• Strong video creation skills (high-quality camera & audio)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
