We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Director of Influencer Marketing (Temporary, Part-Time) to support the execution of our influencer marketing campaigns. This role will oversee partnerships with creators and digital influencers to drive strong results for our clients. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about the space and is willing to wear many different hats. This is a temporary, part-time, remote role. The expected hours are 15-29 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Operations & Influencer Campaign Execution
- Manage campaign timelines for assigned accounts
- Conduct influencer research as well as review casting lists prepared by junior team members
- Handle influencer communications and negotiations for assigned accounts. Review draft influencer communications from junior team members when needed
- Maintain positive, trusted relationships with influencers and agents on behalf of Socialfly
- Prepare and review draft contracts on assigned accounts
- Review influencer content submissions to ensure all content is error-free and meets the creative guidelines before influencer content is shared with clients
- Track all influencer campaign budgets on assigned accounts
- Support final campaign reporting process
- 7-8 years of Influencer Campaign Management Experience in agency with a degree in digital marketing, public relations or a similar field
- Experience executing full-scale influencer programs from start to finish
- Experience reviewing influencer agreements and negotiating for favorable terms on behalf of clients
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to catch any errors in deliverables ahead of client delivery
- Must have a strong familiarity with influencer management software experience with CIQ or Tagger (Sprout Social) is a plus
- Must be able to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
- The following skills are a plus but not necessary for this role:
- Experience running B2B campaigns
- Experience working with clients in the healthcare and/or tech spaces
- Experience building and managing content creator networks
