Job Description

  • As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
  • Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
  • Familiarity with identity federation, SSO, and MFA concepts.
  • Experience with Auth0 user management, roles, and permissions.

Experience With

  • Auth0 Management API
  • Auth0 CLI or Terraform provider
  • Custom database connections (for just-in-time migration)
  • Understanding of Auth0 user import formats (JSON, bulk import jobs).
  • Knowledge of encryption, and secure data transfer.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to implement password hashing compatibility
  • Skills in Python, Node.js, or PowerShell for scripting migration logic.
  • Experience with API integration and error handling.
  • Use of tools like Postman, cURL, or custom scripts to test Auth0 APIs. Ability to design and execute test plans for user login, MFA, and role-based access.
  • Experience with staging environments and rollback strategies.
  • Stakeholder communication and change impact analysis.
  • Planning for user communication, training, and support readiness.
  • Coordination with security, compliance, and IT operations teams.
