We are seeking a Marketing Associate to drive guest engagement through email, SMS, social media, and local marketing. You’ll help launch campaigns, boost loyalty, and shape the guest experience across digital and in-restaurant touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a mix of creative thinking, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset to help drive guest retention, conversion, and brand affinity. THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
CRM Execution
- Own and execute email and SMS strategies focused on engagement, guest retention, and conversion.
- Build and manage automated journeys (e.g., welcome, loyalty, win-back, integrations like OLO and OpenTable) and audience segments for personalized messaging.
- Ensure high-quality campaign execution through QA, brand alignment, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CRM tools staying up to date on platform best practices.
- Support email / social content and copywriting, including regional and national initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, culinary, operations, IT) to align on campaign needs.
- Support offer launches by creating and managing promo codes, tracking redemptions, and executing in-channel promotions using tools like Sparkfly.
- Assist with website updates and digital campaign rollouts.
- Support national and regional campaign launches across owned channels.
- Stay current on CRM and social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing performance.
- Support social media execution through scheduling, UGC curation, community management, and influencer engagement.
- Creates and implements local marketing strategies both on a national and local level to support restaurant sales.
- Identify and initiate conversations with like-minded brands for local cross promotion.
- Partners with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute local marketing plans including new restaurant opens, local marketing tools (eblasts, social/digital support, or local print) and other marketing related duties.
- Partner with the local restaurant teams on local activations, events, and grassroots initiatives.
- Coordinate materials (flyers, comp cards, recaps) to support restaurant-level marketing.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize creative, copy, and cadence.
- Track and report on email and social media KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Track and report on the performance of local activations, partnerships, and events to identify best practices and ROI.
- Create regular performance recaps and contribute to data-driven marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related field.
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on CRM, email, or SMS marketing. Experience in restaurant or retail marketing a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and familiarity with segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and fost alignment.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Current in digital content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using data to inform decisions.
