Who are we looking for?: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Lead to spearhead strategy and execution for both brands. You'll need strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills—managing day-to-day operations with minimal internal support while coordinating external agency partners. You must excel in fast-paced, collaborative environments and be comfortable driving independent workstreams.
Experience In Hands-on Content Creation Is Preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute social media strategies for two major alcohol brands, ensuring alignment with overall brand positioning and business objectives
- Create social media plans, including content calendars, campaign strategies, influencer strategies, and platformspecific approaches
- Identify emerging trends, platforms, and opportunities to keep brands at the forefront of social innovation—especially in an AIpowered world
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting on social media performance and ROI
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including brand marketing, creative, and PR to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Lead creative ideation sessions and concept development for social content and campaigns
- Review and approve all social media content, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards. For owned channels, as well as influencer channels
- Manage content production workflows from concept through final delivery
- Oversee daytoday social media operations, including content scheduling, community management strategy, and crisis response protocols
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to agency partners
- Strategically partner with junior team member to create work together
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of social media marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record managing social media for consumer brands, preferably in CPG, lifestyle, or alcohol/beverage industries
- Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships
- Experience with content capture and post production for social channels, including familiarity with social editing tools like Cap Cut
- Demonstrated success in both strategic planning and handson execution
