We are looking for individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills to provide exemplary customer service to our Property and Casualty insurance policyholders, agents, and lenders through inbound phone calls and electronic communications.

Key Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines P&C agent license preferred, but we offer license preparation for otherwise qualified candidates.
• Spanish/bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Prior insurance agency experience, including customer service, is preferred.
  
  

Additional Details

• Working hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm (ET) or 11:00am - 8:00pm (ET). Central time is 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm (CT)
• Generous compensation for optional Saturdays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to interpret verbal and written communication and make appropriate decisions.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in PC usage and keyboarding skills.
• Access to a strong, stable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace.
