We’re hiring a Designer / Art Director (Mid-Level to Senior) to elevate how IDOC shows up across digital, brand, and member touchpoints. You’ll help bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to campaigns, communications, and strategic initiatives that support our mission of protecting and advancing independent eye care.
This role is ideal for someone looking to stretch across concept and execution—someone who’s as comfortable designing social graphics as they are crafting a brand narrative slide.

About The Role
We’re hiring a Designer / Art Director (Mid-Level to Senior) to elevate how IDOC shows up across digital, brand, and member touchpoints. You’ll help bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to campaigns, communications, and strategic initiatives that support our mission of protecting and advancing independent eye care.
This role is ideal for someone looking to stretch across concept and execution—someone who’s as comfortable designing social graphics as they are crafting a brand narrative slide.
Requirements
- Design across channels including digital ads, presentations, print collateral, emails, landing pages, and social media
- Interpret creative briefs and collaborate with brand, growth, and communications leads
- Manage multiple creative deliverables at once—balancing brand consistency with innovation
- Translate strategic and marketing inputs into clean, compelling visual assets
- Maintain and evolve IDOC’s visual identity system and templates
- Package final files for internal and external use (print, web, vendor handoffs)
- Apply feedback with professionalism and a growth mindset
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or art direction
- Work independently in fully remote environment
- Strong portfolio of modern, strategic work across multiple formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Figma for layout, prototyping, and collaborative design
- Presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Familiarity with generative AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Adobe Sensei, Runway, DALL·E, or equivalent)
- Solid grounding in layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Collaborative and self-motivated, with high attention to detail
