About The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Associate to join our growing team and help us scale our content creation and community engagement across multiple brands. We need someone who can create high-quality, engaging content while managing multiple social channels with artistic flair and strategic thinking. You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to bring diverse perspectives to our content and help strengthen our organic social presence across our expanding brand portfolio.

This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a quarterly basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.

In this role, you will:

• Create and manage content across 4-6 social channels for multiple brands, ensuring each reflects our unique art direction and brand voice.
• Plan, execute, and optimize full social media campaigns from concept to completion with minimal direction.
• Handle account management responsibilities including platform setup, reconnections, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate across teams (design, video, PR) to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.
• Engage authentically with our communities, building meaningful connections that drive organic growth.
• Support influencer outreach initiatives to expand our organic social reach
• Use Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition) for content creation and production.
  
  

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably with CPG brands, including hands-on content creation.
• Is proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro or other video editors, Photoshop, Audition) with mid-fi production experience.
• Has influencer management experience (a plus, but not required).
• Can strategically plan and execute all aspects of social media with minimal oversight.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Is highly collaborative and comfortable working across multiple teams and departments.

At Grüns, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
