Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our energetic and fast-paced marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events — from tradeshows and webinars to customer events and field activations — helping us deliver high-impact experiences that drive engagement and pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, grow, and build a career in event marketing within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll be supported by an experienced Head of Events and a collaborative team who will help you build confidence and capability across the full event cycle.

Job Description
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our energetic and fast-paced marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events — from tradeshows and webinars to customer events and field activations — helping us deliver high-impact experiences that drive engagement and pipeline.

Location
- Remote in the United States
- Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, primarily across the North American (NORAM) region — including tradeshows, webinars, customer and partner events
- Coordinate logistics for a range of events, including tradeshows, webinars, and customer gatherings
- Support event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planning
- Organise and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assets
- Manage vendor communication and process invoices and payments
- Maintain project timelines using Monday.com and help keep stakeholders aligned
- Assist with webinar setup and delivery using platforms like Zoom
- Support lead capture, data upload, and post-event performance reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for all events
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when required
- Knowledge of event industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team members
