At Fullscript, we’re not just changing healthcare—we’re making it whole.

We help 100,000+ healthcare practitioners support 10 million patients with a platform that delivers evidence-based health solutions, diagnostic support, and practitioner tools—all in one place.

Healthcare today is disconnected. We’re fixing that. Fullscript makes it easier for practitioners to treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so patients get the support they need—when they need it.

We’re building a better way—one where healthcare is connected, complete, and built for impact.

Fullscript Academy is an education platform designed to empower healthcare practitioners with the clinical knowledge and tools they need to deliver whole person care—an evidence-informed approach that addresses physical, emotional, social, and environmental influences on health. We deliver education through a variety of formats, including webinars, podcasts, written articles, and clinical guides.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced program manager to join the Fullscript Academy team as Medical Program Manager during a 17-month maternity leave coverage. This role ensures the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact medical education initiatives that advance our strategic goals.

You’ll oversee the intake, prioritization, and management of projects across the Academy portfolio, serving as a key connector between medical content, internal stakeholders, and external collaborators. You’ll help optimize workflows, streamline processes, and maintain visibility across teams to ensure our educational content is produced on time, at scale, and with measurable impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning and execution of medical content initiatives that support strategic business goals, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment as a key point of contact between medical content and stakeholders. Collaborate on capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure clear ownership, project feasibility, and effective workload distribution
  • Manage intake and prioritization of medical content and support requests, maintaining visibility and alignment across teams
  • Support content distribution and program visibility by coordinating with teams responsible for outreach, marketing, or engagement
  • Maintain project oversight through task management tools (e.g., Asana), tracking progress, surfacing risks, and keeping stakeholders informed
  • Continuously improve workflows and communication practices to enhance operational efficiency, collaboration, and output quality

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in program or project management, ideally within medical education, healthcare, or content operations
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with clinical or technical content development—a background in health or science is an asset
  • Comfortable using project management tools (Asana, Airtable, etc.) to track progress and enhance team efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex workflows
  • Experience coordinating learning management systems is a plus

What We Offer:

  • Flexible PTO & competitive pay—rest fuels performance
  • RRSP match & stock options—invest in your future
  • Customizable benefits—flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA
  • Fullscript discounts—save on wellness products
  • Continuous learning—training budget + company-wide initiatives
  • Wherever You Work Well—hybrid and remote flexibility
