Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed technical understanding of client needs and project requirements
- Work with Solution Analysts to review and provide feedback for Software Requirements Specifications
- Contribute to Software Test Plans to define the scope, objective, and approach of testing activities
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to create detailed work package estimates
- Develop and execute integration, system, and acceptance level automated tests to verify requirements
- Create and review software testing defect, progress, and summary reports
- Contribute to the investigation and triage of software defects for assigned projects
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, or Software Engineering
- 3+ years of experience developing automated tests using Selenium, REST Assured, Cucumber, Java, Playwright, Typescript, Python, JUnit, or relevant machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow
- 3+ years of experience integrating automated tests and ML model validation into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines
- Experience with web servers such as NGINX
- Experience with version control software such as Git
- Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or Gitlab CI/CD
- Experience using Python and Jupyter Lab for data analysis, automation, and machine learning experimentation
- Experience developing, deploying, and evaluating machine learning models and AI assistants
- Experience working with monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana
- Detailed knowledge of all phases in the Software Testing Lifecycle, including ML/AI model validation and monitoring
- Experience designing and executing test suites for unit, integration, system, acceptance, and machine learning model test levels
- Experience working with a variety of software development languages, including those commonly used in AI/ML applications
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture, design principles, and integration of AI/ML components and services
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational database design, including data handling for ML pipelines
- Experience working with AI tools and frameworks such as Ollama, and integrating AI assistants into automation workflows
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts, including AI and machine learning at all levels of an organization
- Exceptionally self-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate and optimize machine learning solutions
