About The Role
We're looking for a high-performing Program Manager to join our dedicated M&A Integration team. This is a
high-impact role responsible for turning a strategic acquisition into an operational reality.
You will be responsible for driving the execution of the master integration plan for a given acquisition, from planning
through to the final handover to the business. You will translate high-level goals into structured workstreams, manage
timelines, track risks, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams that include senior leaders and
operators. Your work will directly ensure that each acquisition delivers on its intended value by seamlessly integrating
new teams, customers, and technologies into Stord. This is not a passive coordination role; you are a hands-on
strategic executor, responsible for keeping the integration on track and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
This position reports directly to the Head of M&A Integrations.

What You’ll Do
- Drive End-to-End Integration: Lead the execution of all post-acquisition integration plans from initial
integration meetings.
- Track Strategic Synergies: Be responsible for tracking the realization of all financial and strategic synergies
- Create Structure & Accountability: Translate high-level integration goals into detailed project roadmaps,
- Manage Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations
- Ensure Executive Visibility: Maintain crisp project documentation and dashboards, and inform all
- Build the M&A Playbook: Codify learnings from each deal into a repeatable M&A integration playbook that
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in project or program management, operations strategy, consulting, or a similar
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at
- Strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to drive alignment and accountability without formal authority,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and communicate
- Obsessive attention to detail with a high bar for execution, follow-through, and the quality of your own work
Bonus Points For
- Direct experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or supply chain operations is a strong plus.
- Fluency in modern project management tools, like Asana or Jira, and comfort managing multiple workstreams
