We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Event Planner to join our team. This role requires a passion for event planning and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of virtual events, including but not limited to webinars, conferences, and product launches, that exceed client expectations and foster meaningful online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget for virtual events.
2- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, schedules, and resource allocation.
3- Research and recommend appropriate digital event platforms and tools.
4- Coordinate logistics for virtual events, including speaker management, technical support, and audience engagement strategies.
5- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
6- Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
7- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, providing insights for future events.
8- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, speakers, and sponsors.
9- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the planning process.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in event planning, with a focus on virtual events.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using event management software and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Whova).
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
