This position provides Key Accounts new business sales support for the Account Executives handling cases in the 101-5000 segment. Duties include coordinating and executing the new business presale process, submitting proposal requests, obtain missing information from the brokers and consultants. In addition, the Key Accounts New Business Coordinator will act as the point of contact between brokers and underwriting. NBCs are responsible for scrubbing all new cases and submitting them for installation.
Monday-Friday Full time a flexible 8 hours shift during business hours of 8am-8pm CST.

- Communicate with the brokers on prospects
- Submit and track proposal requests for the sales team
- Maintain the Solaris database for RFPs and groups submitted
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- 18 years of age OR older
- 3+ years of sales support experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, vlookups, pivot tables)
- A Texas life and health license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months
- Healthcare industry experience
