ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $113,900 CAD - $170,900 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

What You'll Do:
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau
- Define metrics with key stakeholders and monitor impact of releases and product changes at an in depth level
- Build insightful reports and visualizations to surface trends and actionable insights to internal business users
- Inform business and teams of user activity on our platform, establish metrics to identify customer pain points
- Build strong relationships within product and support functions to understand the business needs
- Ensures adequate instrumentation and metrics in place to respond to fundamental business questions on our product and its usage
- Proactively interact with stakeholders to continuously improve and maintain analytics infrastructure and help continuously inform business decisions
- Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience as a product analyst
- Experience building insightful Tableau dashboards
- Strong SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with great attention to detail
- Ability to creatively start new projects; viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with
- Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ leaders are required
- Knowledge of how to build A/B test splits
- Experience creating FullStory dashboards
- Experience in python (pandas, etc.)
- Experience in dbt (data engineering)
- Experience with A/B testing
