In addition, the Operations specialists will be responsible for supporting internal i3 and external software partners with account inquiry requests.

The Onboarding Specialist will work to onboard new payment processing accounts, perform account maintenance tasks and perform weekly audits to ensure accuracy. In addition, the Operations specialists will be responsible for supporting internal i3 and external software partners with account inquiry requests.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and process new account applications – review for completeness & accuracy; enter data into CRM and other systems.
- Keep Sales informed of progress and communicate as needed to acquire missing/incorrect information or request additional information.
- Properly code applications with correct unit code/association/chain for financial reporting purposes.
- Submit new accounts to Underwriting and help clear up any pending items with the merchant.
- Send PCI communications to new customers and ensure that we are updating the status in CRM and billing in the processor systems.
- Assist with various projects, such as pricing adjustments, fee updates/audits, etc.
- Communicate/Escalate issues to third party vendors
- Review, Research and Respond to software partners inquiries related to either account setup or transactional inquiries.
- Support the chargeback process
- Two year's experience in the Payments industry or a related field
- Focus on attention to detail, ensure timely & accurate completion of tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Must work well in a team environment
- Intermediate math skills
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
