Position Overview
The Bridgeforce Data Solutions team seeks an entrepreneurial mindset for a unique and exciting opportunity to focus on the continued evolution of quality and testing processes for our suite of solutions, which provides an industry-leading set of tools to help data furnishers in the credit bureau reporting and disputes ecosystem.
In this role, you will assist in enhancing QA/QC processes related to application development, use of AI agents, data and error handling, and alerting. You will also have opportunities to contribute to requirements development, production rollout processes, and customer communication.
This position requires excellent analytical, written, and communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This person will have the opportunity to work with cross-team members to learn about different products offered by Bridgeforce Data Solutions.

Bridgeforce Data Solutions’ autonomous work environment provides all employees with the opportunity to learn how to self-manage and take ownership of their work. Job Duties And Responsibilities
Talented at taking initiative and being self-motivated. Capable of working independently and being accountable to deadlines with minimal supervision.
The selected candidate must be able to work remotely 40 hours per week (M-F). Travel is required and includes an annual company meeting plus limited internal in-person meetings and client visits averaging less than once per month.
The pay range for the position is dependent upon the selected candidate’s prior experience and is estimated to be $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary plus bonus.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Work with the Requirements Engineering and Quality Assurance leader to enhance, implement and execute QA/QC processes across the enterprise.
- Design, implement, and maintain an automation framework leveraging programming skills and AI-driven tools.
- Work with the QA/QC team to explore and adopt AI-based solutions to improve efficiency across the testing life cycle.
- Use your experience integrating LLM-based automation tests into the CI/CD pipeline and apply prompt engineering concepts to improve test coverage and adaptability.
- Support the business analysis and QA team in developing plans and validation strategies for both existing systems and new systems.
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures to ensure the quality of products and technical operations.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes, promoting efficiency, scalability, and best practices across the organization.
- Coachable and hungry with an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong Programming Skills in languages such as Python, Java, SQL (esp. Redshift) or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Redshift, QuickSight, Bedrock, and other AWS tools is not required but a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and concepts. Willingness to adopt and apply them in automation.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in unstructured situations and bring order to undefined solutions.
- A “can-do” attitude that finds ways to get things done with limited direction.
- Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- MS Office experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
