About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Experts Recruitment Specialist to lead the sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of new experts into our global experts network.
Growthspace experts are seasoned professionals who use their skills and experience to help employees build critical skills. They work directly with participants from companies around the world in focused learning engagements that accelerate professional growth. Our experts come from diverse functions, industries, and backgrounds, and together they form the foundation of our offering.
This role is critical to ensuring the continuous growth, quality, and diversity of our expert pool, which fuels our precision skill development programs. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in international expert recruitment, a strategic mindset for building pipelines across industries, and a hands-on ability to manage end-to-end processes at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Build talent pipelines proactively to anticipate upcoming business needs.
Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, conferences, and niche platforms) to attract world-class experts.
Assess experts’ professional background, seniority, and alignment with precision skill development best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, and Sales) to align recruitment priorities with customer and program needs.
Train experts on our standards, delivery expectations, and frameworks.
Continuously improve onboarding processes to maximize expert readiness and retention.
Implement best practices in recruitment operations, including automation tools and scalable workflows.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply-demand alignment within the expert pool.

- Sourcing & Outreach
Build talent pipelines proactively to anticipate upcoming business needs.
Utilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, conferences, and niche platforms) to attract world-class experts.
- Recruitment & Selection
Assess experts’ professional background, seniority, and alignment with precision skill development best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, and Sales) to align recruitment priorities with customer and program needs.
- Onboarding & Engagement
Train experts on our standards, delivery expectations, and frameworks.
Continuously improve onboarding processes to maximize expert readiness and retention.
- Process & Continuous Improvement
Implement best practices in recruitment operations, including automation tools and scalable workflows.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply-demand alignment within the expert pool.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding experts, consultants, or senior professionals globally.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of international recruitment practices, talent markets, and cultural nuances.
- Skills:
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to assess senior-level professionals across industries.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Mindset: Hands-on, data-driven, and proactive. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Language: Native or fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
