The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data models using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with BI tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their BI/data services.
- Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
- Experience in an industry-relevant domain (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Business acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
- Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
